Salmon Dip

Serve this delicious salmon dip when you’re entertaining guests, and they’ll be coming around more often.

250g cream cheese, softened

250g smoked salmon

2 tablespoons grated tasty cheese

2 tablespoons chopped spring onion

1 teaspoon piccalilli

2 teaspoons tomato chili pickle

2 teaspoons mayonnaise

6 hard boiled eggs, chopped

2 tablespoons grated cucumber

300g salmon fillet – cooked and flaked

1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together and then serve with melba toasts or fresh baked bread.
