So here it is, my final dog-eared and bedraggled copy of my gluten free book “From My Kitchen to Yours – easy gluten free recipes the whole family will love”.
I have had innumerable requests over the past couple of years for copies of this book. I’d thought it was out of print and was really sad that I couldn’t provide it for them.
HOWEVER its publisher called me last week and told me that it is now “print on demand”.
This means that if anyone would like a copy, it can simply be ordered through local bookstores. It is also available online (from, for example, Amazon and Booktopia. I am told that OzFarmer has some in stock. There are others too, just need to Google the book to find them.
I am ecstatic at the news and for myself have already ordered an initial 30 copies, due to arrive next week.
Incidentally, as gluten intolerance is sometimes accompanied by dairy sensitivity, each of the recipes also has methods and ingredients to make the dish dairy free, if it isn’t inherently so already.
I especially enjoyed preparing this book and was very happy that it received the Coeliac Society’s tick of approval when published.
I have continued to develop gluten free recipes as so many people now live with this intolerance (one such example being the gluten free custard tarts as seen in posts of a few days ago).
I will of course carry on doing so.
