It’s been a busy week or two one way or another.
However, still a little time found to bake for friends and family visiting from Melbourne (wonderful to catch up with my cousins).
In the first photo – a raspberry and strawberry mousse cake and in the background, an apricot pie.
The second photo – a lovely, moist spiced banana cake to have with a cuppa now and then.
The third photo? This was for the Custard Club’s morning tea last Wednesday. They said it was so delicious they forgot to take a photo till it was partially eaten.
That’s fine by me – just looks a bit like a cake smash.
It was actually a rhubarb and apple cream cake.
