Gooseberry tart in the making. Yum, just LOVE gooseberries.
I’ve made a HUGE pavlova too, yet to be decorated so looks a bit ordinary at present (certainly not photo-worthy), but that will soon be sorted as Robert has picked buckets of fresh raspberries from our berry patch. The raspberry and redcurrant cordial I made last week will serve as a coulis to drizzle over it at serving time. Yum.
