Rhubarb and Custard Tartuffins

A hastily prepared offering for the Wednesday morning tea platter yesterday – rhubarb and custard tartuffins (a cross between a tart and a muffin).

A bit rustic in appearance with the custard peeking through, but what’s not delicious about a rhubarb and custard with a hint of cinnamon in the dough?

That nostalgic flavour combination is always a winner.
