The Happy Ferments

A lovely sight on a on a cold and foggy morning – sample containers of three separate ferments bubbling away nicely – Sauerkraut, sparkling elderflower and sparkling jostaberry.

    Hi Sally, Jostaberry sparked my interest. Would you have a recipe for your sparkling jostaberry that you would like to share? I have a few in the freezer I need to use up. I have thought of making a jelly, but we have tonnes of apple and pear jelly. lol. Cheers Tamsin
