And SO… Today is the official launch date for my new book, “A Kitchen in the Valley”. It’s sitting here on my desk beside me – I confess to being very pleased with it – lovely full colour photos by Chris Crerar, and hard cover no less.

The book is available on line and at all good bookstores.

Coinciding with the release is an 8 page article in this month’s issue of “Gourmet Traveller” magazine about the book with recipe excerpts.  Here is the cover of the magazine plus a couple of the page spreads:
