Attended the launch of the multi-talented Paul McIntyre’s new book “Use it or Lose It”.
This is an amazing publication, insightful, helpful, well researched and presented – a testament to Paul’s commitment to and enthusiasm for the topic of ageing well.
I was privileged to be asked to write a number of recipes for the book, and then to prepare some of those for the launch (hence the drying of many tomatoes over the past few days).
These were the Focaccia with semi-dried tomatoes and spinach, and vegan carrot and cranberry muffins. Fellow contributor of recipes Phil Shanny provided absolutely delicious Middle Eastern Charred Kale and Fetta salad cups.
It was a great event, extremely well attended at Fullers Bookshop.
