I have no idea why I do these things – I bought oranges. I would never actually eat one, don’t like them at all. (Well, maybe in a cake is ok.)

I refuse to waste them after my impulse buy and strangely enough, I am very partial to marmalade.
So it’s time to pull put old Faithful, my aged, overworked but reliable Kenwood Chef. It always minces the fruit perfectly.

I know this is may not qualify as the most elegant marmalade in town, but it’s quick and easy and super tasty.
Tomorrow I’ll make more butter – toast and marmalade with homemade butter for brunch sounds perfect to me.
