An update – visitors to the stall at our gate will have seen that recently the preserves have been in an Esky. This was to protect them from the heat of the sun.
However, not altogether satisfactory – hard to see what’s in there for a start.
So I have just set a new stall up in the cool shade of the trees on the other side of the gate. It’s easy to see – situated between the cattle race and the honeysuckle vine.
There are those breads I spoke about earlier and by way of preserves – barbecue sauce, Kasoundi (tomato chilli pickle), raspberry jam, piccalilli, mint sauce, marmalade, tomato relish, redcurrant jelly and Worcestershire sauce.
